Maintenance Engineer
(Johor - Tampoi)


Responsibilities:
To supervise & lead a team of technicians to provide technical support and to ensure smooth running of machines and operating in good conditions.
To perform investigation and root cause analysis of machine breakdown and prepare corrective and preventive maintenance program.
To maintain air-conditioning, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor and perform other facilities maintenance duties.




Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing environment is required for this position.
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility & commitment towards work.
Applicants must be willing to work in Tampoi.
Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Minimum diploma in mechanical & electrical engineering, civil or building maintenance or any other closely related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in facility management and related industry in similar position
Strong skills in facilities/customer management with good strategic thinking.
Excellent analytical, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in building repairs/renovation/expansion related projects management would be an added advantage.

BRANCH MANAGER
(Paisr Gudang, Johor)

Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement department policies and goals
Identify potential water and wastewater treatment contracts and assess the viability technically and commercially. These include contracts for building new plants and/or providing the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service.
Formulate and implement strategies to secure new contracts
Liaison with the customers on technical and commercial matters such as attending meeting, invoicing and collection
Manage the operation and set the direction to the O&M teams and to continuously improve the efficiency of the teams.
Liaise with suppliers, clients and contractors.


Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing experience in water and wastewater treatment
Minimum 3 years hand-on technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.
Proactive in problem solving and tactful, especially in challenging situations
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build good rapport with the customers
