Desktop Engineer (1 Yr contract, West)
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

· Provide desktop support, administration and escalation for end users

· PC installation and configurations

· Maintain and update documentations on Desktop services, processes and workflow

· Train new users if necessary



Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Computer studies or equivalent

· Prior experience in IT helpdesk/ onsite support required

· Applicants with VIP support a plus

· Knowledge of MS Office, Win XP, VPN, Lotus Notes, IE, network connectivity, printer mapping etc

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
