Wintel/Mac Engineers (West)
(Singapore - West[Map])

Responsibilities:

· Provides day-to-day support to end-users to resolve problems or handle incidents regarding their PC hardware and software applications, Operating System as well as setting up, installing and configuring PC workstations and related equipment.

· Trouble shooting PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 9X / Win NT / Win 2K / Win XP, Apple MAC OS (for MAC engineer), Internet browser, Standard Microsoft software, Lotus Notes Client and other in-house application problems.

· Maintains library of software licensing and tracks workstations and laptop hardware assets.

· Keeps project managers current on all activities, progress towards goals, tasks completed and issues encountered in the project

· Work in conjunction with IT project leaders to ensure operational viability for current and planned projects; provide project assistance when needed

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer studies or equivalent
*

4 to 7 yrs of relevant working experience in Windows Server administration
*

Applicants with certifications in MCSE, MCSA
*

Possess good Wintel Server configuration knowledge with preference working experience from a service provider
