Product Distribution Analyst
(Penang - Bayan Lepas, Penang.)

Responsibilities:

* Analyze, monitor and publish regular reports about product performance, capability (utilization, distribution), recommends actions to marketing, supply chain management and operation in order to optimize utilization, delivery and profit.
* Analyze customer request, recommend the supportability of the request and coordinate actions to be done in order to support the request.
* Statistical analysis support in the evaluation of changes in product flow, process setting, test and binning specs, new material or parts, geared toward improving product distribution performance.
* Support initial study of customer request of product performance for new product introduction.
* Publish shipment and inventory distribution analysis report and unit pricing recommendation regularly in order to maximize sales and minimize not moving inventory.
* Own product correlation (EPI-L0-L1) and hot cold factor monitoring program. Update database and document changes and factors used to aid in material selection and production planning decision.

Requirements:

* Must
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics , Applied Science or equivalent.
* At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Excellent understanding and ability to apply statistical tools and statistics.
* Knowledge on structured improvement approach.
* Organization, planning, communication skills and presentation of complex data.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Applied Science/Statistics / Mathematics or equivalent.
* Job role in Statistician/Mathematician or equivalent.

* Want
* PhD in statistics, mathematics or physics.
* Knowledge of problem solving tools, such as design of experiments
* Functional / working knowledge of product and/or test engineering, and/or supply chain.
* Knowledge of optimization software or programming
* Experience in ISO/TS 116949 audit requirements.
