Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Singapore

The Role
- Working in our 24/7 customer centre, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to our valued customers across the APAC region
- You will be the contact point between our customers and internal engineering team.
- As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for logging and communicating technical issues to our internal team, and following up proactively on both sides until issues are resolved.

The Department
OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY
Professionals in this business unit are responsible for protecting and restoring network facilities around the world—an area that covers 150 countries, 2,700 cities and 485,000 miles of fiber-optic cable worldwide. This department is also charged with helping clients build the right strategy to leverage existing infrastructures across an enterprise and evaluating and adding the best in new technology at the right pace. Responsibilities include proactively protecting business processes, maintaining business operations and viability, reducing cost impact and risk for all Verizon Business clients and enabling them to make informed decisions, reduce travel costs and environmental impact. Other expectations include educating customers on improving responses to customer needs and designing, implementing, and managing networks and IT infrastructures.

Description
Education and Experience:
- Native Cantonese with Business level English and Mandarin
- A hardworking team player with a great attitude.
- End user support / telco background would be preferred, but if you have a strong passion for technology, then resumes will certainly be considered. Training will be provided.
