Customer Service Representative (Web/Internet Support)
(Singapore - Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
Responsibilities:
    * provide first level helpdesk support to customers with regards to web navigations.
    * handle incoming calls, fax or emails on general enquiries about the Online portal
    * handle feedbacks (compliments, suggestions and complaints)
    * assists customers from Singapore and Hongkong via phone support, email, chat or fax
    * assists in data entry for customer information
    * handle outbound calls for customer follow ups and voice mails.
    * supporting customers in internet financial transactions like buying/selling of Equities or Unit Trust
Requirements:
    * GCE "O" levels or equivalent with min 1yr prior experience in web helpdesk support on navigational issues
    * Ability to READ, WRITE, and SPEAK English and Cantonese languages as job entails receiving calls customers from Hongkong 
    * Possess basic computer knowledge and be familiar with the use of internet, email, chat and basic Microsoft Office applications
    * Good interpersonal and oral communication skills with ability to work well under pressure e.g. when there is a sudden surge of calls or difficult customers.
    * Able to work from 8:00am to 10:00pm (2 shifts schedule) Mondays to Saturdays including Public Holidays with maximum working hours of 44hrs per week
    * Singaporeans/Malaysians/SPRs/Hongkong Nationals
