(Singapore)



Responsibilities:

* To train new/existing staff on Apple products and services
* To conduct training for external customers on Apple products and services
* Design, develop and execute training program, materials and all training related administrative tasks and logistics
* Lead in projects relating to the introduction of new learning solutions
* Participate in all learning and development initiatives
* Handle scheduling of training classes and enrolment
* Proven track record in the training field and well-versed in any of the following areas: customer service training; professional sales training; management development training

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent
* Good knowledge in using Apple products and technology
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related fie
* Possess a strong business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills;
* Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin(to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
* Task and result-oriented with good time management skills
* Independent, resourceful, self-motivated with a hands-on approach attitude
* With trainer certified instructor will be an added advantage
* Willing to work retail hours and public holidays
