Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to maintain in-house computer networks, / server, trouble shooting and fixing up, audio / video projection and switching systems. Provide technical support and implementing working knowledge of AV systems during events / exhibitions. Explore more on events related technologies and equipments. Manage in-house AV inventory, Software and Hardware Inventories and provides feedback for technology upgrades. You will be joining a tight-knit group of team players who are passionate about what we do

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 or 2 years of technical exposure in events and frontline customer support.
* Practical knowledge of Floor Plan Analysis and Design prior to events is mandatory.
* Operational experience/knowledge of PC and Macintosh Networking, AV equipment handling.
* Wide knowledge in softwares and tools such as Watchout and PolyCom, and events related technologies are highly preferred.
* Knowledge of Video Encoder, Pre / Post Production Softwares and other tools are preferred.
* Good team player, proactive and strong self motivation
* Proactive, Independent and have a positive attitude
* Salary will commensurate according to experience
