Responsibilities:

* • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering or Information Technology
* • Minimum 5 years of IT experience in designing and deploying network and systems infrastructure
* • Experience in network security and / or development of IT Technical Architecture plans will be added advantage. Experience in complex projects or programmes involving multi-discipline teams, would be an added advantage
* • Knowledge and experience in project and programme management, information technology infrastructure architecture, including WAN, LAN, Network Security Infrastructure, network-based systems and structured cabling infrastructure
* • Independent, pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical / conceptual thinking
* • Team player, resulted-oriented, with energy and ability to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
* • Good written and verbal communication, and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management

Requirements:

* • Lead in requirements gathering, design and implementation of the YOG IT infrastructure and services
* • Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and that IT infrastructure and services meet operational needs
* • Manage the procurement activities for the IT infrastructure and services
* • Project manage the designated vendor to ensure the designated vendor implement the infrastructure on schedule and meets contractual service levels
* • Jointly develop the training programmes with the designated vendor to train volunteers
* • Actively involved in the development of processes and procedures relating to the system operations
* • Plan and participate in test events and technical rehearsals
* • Manage the operation of the IT infrastructure and services during games time to ensure that operational service levels are met
